architectural services that are specifically structured to meet the needs of the professional
architectural community. The following is a summary of those services.
New Product Updates
Our in house architectural coordinators will update your staff on any Kolbe products new to the market. We will provide your business with updated literature, as well as update you of any alerts via E-mail.
Continuing Education Credits
Certified trainers are
available to conduct seminars about Kolbe window products. These seminars can be counted as points
toward ongoing certification programs. The seminars touch on such topics as advances in glass,
determining design pressures, and energy efficiency.
Product Presentation and Review
An Architectural
Representative will meet with your staff to review Kolbe products. He/she will outline the many
options that Kolbe has available and discuss how they will interface with the architecture of
the building. Our stand-alone AutoCAD system allows us to provide to those architects without a
current AutoCAD program an Architectural manual on CD.
Specialized Training
An Architectural
Representative will meet with your staff to provide special training on specific window products.
We will use actual samples in the training session, as well as have a question answer session
following the presentation. To maximize time, Shenandoah will provide a box lunch for your staff.
Conceptual Estimating
Our Architectural
Representatives along with our in house technical staff will develop conceptual and budget
estimates for your use.
